1 Corinthians 10:31

Welcome to MyShareKit. A place where we can share our AmpKit setups. I love AmpKit, a guitar app for the iPhone and iPad, and was looking around to see if I could find any AmpKit setups that people are sharing and there were none, so I thought I would make a place where we all can share our setups and sounds.

In order to keep the site running, if you find that this site is of any benefit to you, *cough* *cough*, if you can contribute anything, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for everything... Rock on!

Ashdown ABM 900, 4x10 American Bass King, The Juicer, Noise Gate, Mountain Blue, Octapuss, Rocktron Zombie Rectified Distortion, Workhorse 57

This is a variation of my "Master! Master!" rig... basically just an Octapuss pedal tacked onto the end of the chain. Turn the Octapuss off and you have "Master! Master!" all over again, no need to download both. With the Octapuss at the end of the pedal chain, you can still pull off power chords without them sounding too muddied the way they would if the pedal appeared earlier in the chain. For anyone looking for metal with that certain "something" extra... that certain edge... this is your rig. This is one of the heaviest things I've ever heard. Perfect for that Cannibal Corpse classic, "Hammer Smashed Face"!

Jamming on Ghost's Square Hammer; ''a very catchy song!'' Besides the provided kit, I used another configuration since I recorded twin guitars, each with a different setup. Additional Rig Configuration: Amp Head: Peavey 3120, Cabinet: 4X12 Taos Rectifier, Microphone: Workhorse 58, Pedals: Elevenizer and Noise Gate.

This is a versatile sound designed primarily for worship. I use an iRig Blueboard to toggle the delay and drive pedals, for a range of expression from quiet reflection to epic wall of sound! In the beginning of the sample recording, you'll also hear the effect of the Crystalline Mini app for granular reverb, not part of AmpKit.

Here is my take on Akira Yamaoka's ''End of Small Sanctuary'' song from the ''Silent Hill 3'' soundtrack. In this song, I used additional AMPKIT setups for the clean and effect guitars. Additional Ampkit setups: ''Metal Licker Clean'' with Echology and Delay Pedals added, and ''The Moon (Light Side)''. Enjoy!

Here is my take on John Carpenter's Escape From New York Theme. There is a total of four different AmpKit Configurations since I recorded four guitars for this song. Besides the provided kit for download, I used three additional configurations for the guitars recorded on the left and right channels. Distortion Guitar Configurations: a) Right Channel Configuration: Metal Licker Dirt (main one provided for download). b) Left Channel Configuration: Modern Metal Lead with Echology and Delay pedals added. Clean Guitar Configurations: a) Left Channel Configuration: The Moon (Light Side). b) Right Channel Configuration: Metal Licker Clean with Echology and Delay pedals added.
